I am getting married in India in August this year. I am a British citizen and I was looking for the correct form to bring spouse to UK after marriage. UKBA website is giving information of FLR and settlement but I needed to know form for VISA entry under spouse visa first. If anyone could please help with this info

Your previous posts suggest you were married and sponsored a spouse, hence my question about a divorce, which is why I posted the link to your previous topic from 2018!!

It is normal for members to check passt posting history to understand circumstances.

The process is the same as what your spouse and son would have had to follow, English and financial requirements and adequate accommodation. Nothing has changed in the rules.
