Will apply the BN(O) visa and immigrate to UK.

My BN(O) passport is named with husband surname, but Hong Kong passport is in maiden name.

My husband passed away and I had some inconvenient experience to have husband’s surname together in living and in some legal documents.

In order to apply for the BN(O) visa, NI and Bank accounts in UK, etc., Whether can I apply the BN(O) Visa by using Hong Kong passport which the name is different in the name on BN(O) passport?

Changing names partway through the immigration process can cause complications.

I'd suggest applying for a new BN(O) passport with the new name and then starting the process.

I just granted the BNO visa for 5 years through the ID check app.
Some people said that cannot spent more than 180 days outside the UK within 365 days. So,??

In order to meet indefinite leave to remain (ILR)’s requirements, when should I have to enter into UK?

Is your initial visa vignette valid for 5 years or for 90 days??

Applied online by ID Check app so that without any vignette, visa valid for 5 years.
