Travel outside the UK on a EU spouse Visa whilst ILR processing

Post by rika26 » Fri Apr 23, 2021 11:36 pm

Hi there, I want to get some clarification with my current situation. I am on pre settled status valid until 2023, (EU spouse visa, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, Student visa previously). I completed my 10 year long residence this January and applied for ILR Long residence application (standard service). I am still awaiting a reply. However I have to travel abroad (outside EU) for a family matter, would my application be withdrawn if I travel although I have BRP to travel from and back to the UK. Highly appreciate any advice please. Thank you.

If you travel out of the UK while an application is pending, your application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the fee paid.
