Child Dependent visa

Hi,

I have a query regarding a dependent child visa applying from the outside UK.

Currently, myself, wife and kid are in India and we are planning to travel together in July or early August.

Main applicant Visa status: ILR( from tier 2 general)


Mother Visa Status:

Visa Type: Tier 2 General PBS dependent
Visa Start Date: 01-10-2021
Valid Till : 10-10-2021

Now, we are applying for a child PBS dependent visa, Will there be any problem applying for a child dependent visa as Mother's visa validity is for a very short period?


If Visa is granted for a child, Then I am planning to apply for an extension for both dependents in early September in the UK. Is this Ok?
