Forget to mention PCN in citizenship application

Hello respected admin and members
I have bit worry about my PCN notice which I got in 2019 when I going to Italy and forget to pay in time I did pay but late and they send me PCN I got option for pay or submit representations because I pay and have receipt I send representation and explain them why I paid late I was in another country and times difference and they accepted and reconciled late payment and cancel my PCN I’m confused and thinking to send email to home office and explain them or should be ok because they cancel the PCN that mean I don’t have any PCN please help me if anyone can tell me what should I do now
My timeline online application in mid April and biometric first week of may

If the PCN was cancelled then there shouldn't be anything to disclose.

It can take up to 6 months, sometime longer

No, from the date submitted/paid.

Thank you for your reply if time start from submit date I submit 12 April that mean nearly 3 month now most of applications been decide under 6 month about 4 month soon i will get decision thank you
