ILR (Tier1 Route) Dependent Visa Extension

Hope Everyone doing well. It’s been really long as I haven’t interacted with our forum so please excuse me if I am Posting this query in the wrong thread. I am just wondering if some one can help me to find list of document for Dependent visa extension application that will be really helpful.

Also Please rectify following queries ..

1) Can I keep maintenance fund in our joint account (me and my wife) is that acceptable

2) What is the visa and health surcharge fee.

3) is children under 10 years need to pay health surcharge ?

4) Do I need to show any evidence of my business ?

5) Do I have to show minimum salary requirements ?

Please help me the above queries.

Dear Members

Relating to this matter I have a another quiery

I am here in UK more than 12 months and holding ILR under T1E route. And my both dependents are here same as me more than 12 months, so in this case, do I need to keep maintenance fund for 90 days ? Please advice me , special request to Marcnath, Zimba

I looked at both Appendix C and Appendix E and can not see this exemption

Yes, I can see that I simply could not find that in the rules. You can go ahead with the advice in the guide

Zimba One more clarification , while my dependant application under process can I apply for My citizenship ?

Your dependents extension application has nothing to do with a citizenship application you make. Two Co pletely separate processes
