FLR(fp) form filling help

I m on 10 years partner route since feb 2019 and this is my first extension.
I m filling online form flr(fp) but there are two questions which i m unable to understand.
Please advise me what should I tick
Reason for extension
What Option should I select from the below list of options
a) First extension as a partner (following an initial period of entry as a partner, or as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person)
b) Additional extension as a partner
c) First application as a partner from within the UK (for example, you are currently in the UK on another type of visa or permission to stay)
d)You delayed your travel to the UK by more than 3 months after the issue of a visa and have not yet completed the required amount of time on a partner visa (not including as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner)
e) You require more time to meet the Knowledge of Language and Life in the UK requirements to apply for settlement
f) You were granted entry as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner, but have not yet married or entered into a civil partnership
g) You are applying for any other reason

And my second question related to my husband’s income. As we do not meet the incime requirements and My partner is a self employed person but this form is asking to provide a payslips for the last six months?

What is your immigration history....this will determine suitable answer to choose.
Not required on 10year route, some of the questions apps are generic

I arrived in uk as a partner of tier2 .later my husband got British citizenship
In 2018 I applied an extension as a spouse of British citizen but was refused due to income thrashed.
However home office issued me a 10 year route visa as a partner of British citizen.
I think i am filling a wrong form
Please advise me what extension visa i need to apply

5 year tier route

There was no need for you to change visa route. You could have simply continued extending your Tier 2 dependent visa till you qualified for ILR.

In late 2018 , my solicitor did this mistake.
In feb 2019 , home office issued me a 10 year partner route visa which will expire in this month.
This time I am applying an extension without solicitors.
Please let me know which reason do i need to tick?

One more think is confusing in finance section.

Questions
You are partner working in the uk or overseas?
If I select yes ( then extended form opens which asked to confirm to provide a payslips and letter from employer)
But my partner is a self employed person. How I can provide payslips and employment letters?
What should I tick in this question?

There is another question which asked any other source of income to add.
Can I answer yes on this question and write self employment in this section?
