Document query for ILR Set O for Global Talent Visa

Hi Team,
I am eligible to apply for ILR application in Tier-1 Exceptional talent
promise.

In the application, there is a section that says "How is your employment or
self-employment in the UK related to your specialist field or the prize you
have won?"

I want to check if anyone else applied under this category, does anyone
have a specific format that I can use for my application?

Tier-1 Exceptional talent route does not exist anymore. It is now the Global Talent visa. And there is no format. It is a simple personal question and should be straightforward to answer

Need your help on documentation side, I am planning to apply for ILR Set O application Under Global Talent Visa for Exceptional Promise (5 Years route.)

1. The document check list asking for Pay slips from your employer and Personal bank statements on official bank stationery, showing payments made from your employer.
- Question is -
a. How many Payslips do I need to send? all 5 years? or 1 payslip for each employment?
b. Bank account statement for 5 years do I need to send?

2. please provide documentary evidence of cohabitation since you were last granted leave (up to a maximum of two years). Evidence provided should cover the whole period and be in the form of official letters or documents, addressed to yourself and your spouse.
Question is - Planning to send Electric city Bill for 2019 and 2020. Is that fine?
