I am not sure what exactly you are trying to do or achieve.

You have been given the correct advice by user JB007. Being rude and disrespectful to our volunteer members is not acceptable either and this is not the first time this has been noted of you. We will not hesitate to ban you from using the forum.

Asking the same questions over and over again doesn't change the answer and won't give you want you necessarily want to hear.

If you are unable to familiarise yourself with the valid advice and help that has being offered, supported by all the official links and acknowledging and thanking members for taking the time to respond to you, then perhaps posting on a public internet forum is not the best option for you and you should seek and pay for proper advice then.

no i am not rude or disrespectful i have seen many post such as below link where you and others confirmed that person not subject to immigration control can claim child benefit for child even child has no public funds and the same advice i got from CA. i am trying to get policy reference from JB other then CA.

the link JB sent mentioned person can claim regardless of child status, they need immigration advice if they claiming from these three

1) Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
2) the child and childcare costs elements of Universal Credit
3) Child Benefit – if ‘no public funds’ is a condition of your child’s stay

@JB here is if you answer.

if a person fill universal credit application just tell them he care 2 no of children's they might take birth certificate and full time education -> does this action consider as claiming benefits for child or this is welfare right of claimant. if they are not taking DLA, child care, & child benefits from HMRC.

my understanding is child can't apply following three benefits if they are on immigration control. but we can add them into universal credit/.

citizen advice has following on their website

You can usually claim benefits included in public funds for your child if they’re subject to immigration control for benefits and services, but you’re not.

This doesn't apply to:

1). Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
2). the child and childcare costs elements of Universal Credit
3). Child Benefit – if ‘no public funds’ is a condition of your child’s stay

Universal Credit is made up of various elements.

2) above talks of elements. I read their quote as talking about the child element and the childcare element of Universal Credit but you can have a read about Universal Credit and see what you think because it is you and your partner who will be doing the claiming, not me. I am not an immigration advisor.
