Child citizenship eligibility

Hi, Child born outside the UK to a settled father. Child now in the UK as ILR dependent. Mothers on the same visa as well, Is he eligible for applyIng UK passport? Please advise.

No the child is not.

The child will follow the same immigration route as the mother and needs ilr too
