Tier 2 dependent validity on entry

Post by jainvikas8 » Wed Sep 01, 2021 8:46 pm

My wife is on Tier 2 dependent visa until April 2022.

She had to leave the U.K for family reasons and other emergencies for more than 6 months this calendar year.

Questions:
1. Can she re-enter the U.K, as she has been away for a long time?
2. What is the minimum visa required to enter the U.K if you have Tier 2 visa?

She can re-enter the UK at any time while her visa is valid.

Thanks
But what is the minimum validity period required before re-entry?
