Sponsor outside of UK

Hi

We are looking at spouse visa.

Can we apply for spouse visa if the sponsor is also outside the UK?

Regards savings - the sponsor was earning enough but lost job due to covid. I believe this clause is still available until October 2021.
If not we have above threshold in savings ISA.

My question though is there any reason for them rejecting if he left the UK with me so I can apply.

Sorry.

There's so much confusion in my life.

I was looking to extend due to a treatment but that finished in time.

As there are flights available there is no reason in the eyes of the government for me to stay here and not leave before my assurance ends.

As my husband/ sponsor isn't working right now (lost job due to vivid) he wants to come with me then for us to apply for spouse visa from outside UK.

I'm just not sure if they will view this in a negative light at all

You can apply for your spouse visa while your sponsor is abroad. This is no issues
