Advice on dependants

Post by Queenbeep » Wed Oct 13, 2021 7:51 pm

I'm here in the UK on limited Leave to enter as a spouse. I want to add my dependants who are not in UK using my sponsor (step father) What form do I need to complete for the children?
Do I need to complete separate form for each child?
How do I submit the supporting documents for each child, do I run copies of my original documents and attach to each application form or put the two applications form together and attach my original supporting documents?

Thank you.

How can you be on a spouse visa if your sponsor is your step father??

Is your MOTHER on the spouse visa and you on her dependent visa?

How old are you?

When did you get married?

How long have you been in the UK?

You cannot sponsor your own spouse and children until you hold ILR.

Sorry you misread the information.
My spouse is the step father of my children, he is my husband.
I want to get my dependants to UK using my spouse.

Why have you registered a second username to ask the same questions about the 3 children abroad?

You went off topic with using old posts which had no relevance to new question. So my partner asked new questions.
