10 year partner route

Post by fedup4life » Sat Nov 13, 2021 6:35 pm

Hi all my wife is currently on the 10 year partner route and our next renewal will take us past the 10 year mark.
My wife's job has now changed and she is on a permanent full time contact and earning 18.500 ish per year, my question is can she apply for indefinite leave to remain now or do we have to wait until we go past the 10 year mark?.
Any advice is appreciated.

She has to wait until she is within 28 days before the end of the 10 year qualifying period.

There is no shortcut route for partners on the 10 year route, regardless of what they earn.

When will her 10 year mark be reached so you can be advised on possible date from which she can apply.

Of the top of my head roughly mid way through the next 2,5 renewal.
