UKCVAS Submit Button missing - Appointment tomorrow

Hi Guys,

Uploaded documents and i thought they could be submitted before appointment but just double checked and its 48 hours before.

We have the appointment tomorrow, all docs are uploaded but i have no option to submit.

How can i submit these documents.
