5 yr back presence requirement for citizenship application

May I request guidance on below query for a fresh applicant of citizenship please.

Requirement of being present in UK exactly 5 years ago is measured from date of online submission with fee payment or from date of biometrics ?

Can anyone please guide where to find list of professions for Referee in a citizenship application.

Can GP sign as Referee ?
Can a solicitor sign who was consulted in past but not representing in this application ?

Can both Referee be retired people ?

I came to the UK on Tier 2 in 2015 November. But I was on holiday during 2016 December. Does this mean I cannot submit my application this year December even I have been on ILR for 12 months?
