I sent request to Passport Office on 09/12/2021 regarding supporting documents not received in 4 weeks after receiving British passport despite that I paid extra for secure delivery. It was promised that it will be reviewed in 72 hours, didn't received any reply from Passport Office on it .
Documents delivered by TNT: 14/12/2021 (1 month and 3 days after British passport)
I am not sure if my request helped or I would get my documents back on that date anyway but I am happy that my 6,5 years immigration journey is over now.

Had to call TNT customer service and wait for 2 hrs to get to someone and ask for delivery, not sure what's the problem. The driver mentioned the same crap of Covid etc.

Finally supporting docs received, queried both HMPO & TNT twice and both claimed is with the other and I should wait. Suddenly the tracking info popped up on the ref num, and the docs were delivered earlier today.

If I didn't choose "secure" delivery, would've probably been delivered ages ago.
