ILR question

Post by San23 » Mon Dec 27, 2021 3:26 pm

Hello, I was just wondering, will the Marriage certificate need to be a very recent one?
I need to apply for my IRL next year and still have the Marriage certificate from my previous Spouse visa application from 2019. I was hoping I can use that one again in 2022. Thank you :)

1. Do not tag your questions onto other members topics.

2. Not sure why you believe a "new" or "updated" marriage certificate is needed with each application. There is NO such requirment to provide a "recent" one with each stage application.
