My current leave as a Parent of British child expires on 12/05 this year. And the next 30 months should be final for my 10 year settlement route.
However, my daughter will be 21 years and 6 months at the time of application, although she is not married or leading a full independent life. She also suffers from depression and anxiety and is struggling with maintaining employment.
In addition to above, I married my British husband in September last year, but as I understand, if I was too apply as a spouse, my clock will reset and instead of 2.5 years, I will have to complete 5 years to qualify for ILR.
Please, could someone advise on this?
