Spouse visa

Post by Imok619 » Sun Jan 16, 2022 9:01 pm

Hi I have applied Spouse visa (Given my Biomatric) on 17 December 2021 on priority service. Yet, i didn't get any response either from home office or VFS. Can someone tell me nowadays how much time they are taking to issue spouse visa for priority service applicant as it's 1 month completed today.
I would be eternally grateful if anyone respond me here.

Priority service is not guaranteed.

A spouse visa can take up to 60 working days and sometimes 90 working days or longer.

Spouse Visa Application recived at the UK decision making centre

Post by Imok619 » Sun Jan 23, 2022 9:03 am

Hi,

I had given my Biomatric on 17th December 2021 and yesterday (22-01-22) I got a mail which said that "Thank you for your online application which has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer."
Can someone pls help me to understand this mail what does it mean and how much more time they can take to make the decision.

It means exactly what it says. Your application is being prepared for consideration.

No one can tell you how long it will take. Many application can take between 60 and 90 working days.
