Average immigration solicitor hourly rate

Post by Baksa » Mon Jan 17, 2022 11:02 am

Apologies if this is not the right category for posting this question. I was trying to find out the average (and possibly the minimum and maximum) hourly rate for an immigration solicitor in the UK, and the same for an immigration executive (paralegal).

We do not know this. They charge whatever their fee is. You do not need a solicitor for most applications and they would be a waste of money

Many tanks for the advice. I want to use a solicitor as I once failed to know about some required evidence and had a disappointment. Is there any other way of making sure that I have supplied all required evidence and that my application is correct without going to the expense of hiring a solicitor?

Simply follow the UKVI website and relevant guidance. It tells you what you need for whichever route you are applying for.
