When can i apply for ILR

Hi Everyone, i have question regarding ILR. When can i apply for ILR 5 year partner route? Is it 28 days before completing 5 years from the date of arrival or 28 days before BRP expiry date?

It depends what 'partner route' visa exactly you hold. There is more than one category of 'partner route'.

Thanks, I wasn't sure. Does it affect if it's just been
over 5years. E.g my 5years completed in beginning
of Dec/2021. My brp expires in Apr/2022.
