Submit all absences Feb 2022 back to Feb 2019, i.e. for three years as spouse of BC.
44 days for the past 12 month as per your summary

Note also that there is a mandatory requirement to have been physically present in the UK exactly 3 years preceding the date of application if applying as the spouse of a British citizen. So if she was absence between 29 November 2018 and 24 February 2019, she can apply after the 24th February 2022

Many thanks for your prompt response, she will wait until after 24 Feb 2022 before submitting her application, I am wondering if she still has access to her online application, which is already completed and waiting for submission. thanks

Before submission, the application remains 'live' for about 10 weeks.

ok, that's good for her and can she use payslips as proof of living in the UK for 3years? As it said in the online form, Bank statements or household bills are not suitable proof you have been living in the UK. Thanks

None of this is required as she appears to have received ILR following 5 years spouse visa. She only needs to submit her passport as proof of residence.
