Hi Guys, anyone with this situation. So my pre-settled status decision letter says my status will EXPIRE on 01:12:2026. However My BRC received today,it’s expiry date is 01:12:2024 INSTEAD of 01.12.2026.
Does anyone have this situation or I should call the HO and explain what I view as an anormally…maybe it was a typo that has to be rectified ?? Any advice wil be appreciated

I think you should contact the HO immediately, they will rectify it. they have stated if you notice any error, you should communicate to them.

Report a problem with your new BRP
If there’s a problem with your BRP when it arrives, report it within 10 days. Otherwise you may have to apply and pay for a replacement.
You can report online if your BRP does not arrive.
Mistakes in the length or conditions of your visa
If you applied for your visa from inside the UK, you can ask for an administrative review.
If your BRP expires on 31 December 2024
You do not need to tell UKVI if your BRP expires on 31 December 2024 but you have leave to stay longer.
UKVI will update their information on how to update your BRP in early 2024. You do not need to do anything and your immigration status will not be affected.

Congs at ManP,the home office said most BRP’s expire 2024 because of earlier EU regulations and mine fell in that category…that they plan to have only digital statuses by 205,so was relieved. Anyways congs again and we wish others waiting speedy decisions coz 5 months
Was like a year for you!

Good news to Share this evening!
Online application: 20:06:2021
Biometrics: 12:07:2021
COA: 01:09:2021
Status outcome: 02:12:2021
The status came out today after having made a formal complaint highlighting how the delay has affected me and numerous calls to the resolution centre,However it’s the complaint that made the desired intervention(indirect pressure on case worker to act and make decision).
NOTE: I would advise anyone considering making a complaint or calling the resolution Center to atleast Wait untill considerable time has passed since submission about 4 months plus ,such would warrant action as opposed to someone making a complaint less than 3 months since submitting the application. Good luck to everyone but finally this chapter closed!
hi, I am wondering to whom I should contact once I got the COA but waiting for status outcome? Many thanks!

Hi everyone,
I am wondering if someone could shed some light what could cause delays in our application process.
I am an EU citizen living in uk since 2012 and have settled status. My husband now British citizen but was non eu before his naturalization back in 2021. We applied for his non eu parents to join us on the EUSS basis through me as being European. They got their visa in no time and flew to UK last summer to apply for their EUSS pre settled status.
Application 17th July 2021
Biometric 2nd August 2021
COA 27th October 2021
Still waiting for the decision. Emailed the resolution center same automatic replies and impossible to get through over the phone. Where and how is the best way to get some updates about their application? Is there any other phone number we could try ? What shall we write in the email to make it to reach the right person? In-laws are desperately waiting for the decision as would love to go backhome with a piece of mind in their hands but it's just getting too long now.
Any input much appreciated.
