Hi everyone,
Last week, I applied for a change of employment as a skilled worker (priority). The Home Office notified my sponsor and me that the Immigration Skill Charge (ISC) is applicable in my circumstances and that the ISC charge must be paid within the next ten days for the visa application to be processed. Their email, however, has no payment link or instructions, probably due to the sheer incompetence of the caseworker. We replied to their email asking for a payment link (most likely, it'd be a Worldpay link) but no reply.
My sponsor and I are constantly trying to contact the UKVI's Work Sponsored Route Visa Department (their official emails) through email and phone for the payment link. But there hasn't been any progress for the last two days.
We're feeling dismal; I'm unsure how to get this payment link and pay in time to avoid a visa refusal.
Anyone else had a similar experience? Or Has anyone ever had to make a payment to ISC using the payment link? Thanks very much
