change employer (tire 2)

I have now 5 years tire 2 visa and finished with that 3 years started from January 2019. my family (wife and kids) are in the same visa (tire 2) started from June 2019. i would like to change my job for another employer. please if you can help me in these issues:
1- Do I need to apply for new visa?
2- DO I need to apply for the new visa after leaving the first job or after?
3- is there any possibility this will affect the ILR period to stay?
4- do I need to apply for my dependent also for new visa?
5- Do i need to pay the health surcharge as I am paying already for the 5 years and still 2 years left?
6- Are these paid surcharge refundable, i mean for the 2 years which left from the 5 years visa, and it is easy to do refund them and how?
7- changing visa like this, would affect the ILR by any mean?

1. Yes
2. The safer way is you resign after getting the new visa.
3. No. You can combine the 3y from old employer and the other 2y from new employer
4. No. Their visas will be valid until the expiry date.
5. Yes you need to pay for the length stated on new CoS. If the employer is not covering this for you, better ask them to make the length short but long enough to let you apply for ILR in 2 years time.
6. Technically, it should be refunded back to the original payment method. If not received, try complaining to UKVI.

1- As my dependent will get shorter than 5 years by almost half year, in this case when I change o new employer and assuming finished 5 years, my dependent still less than 5 years. what and how can sort this.
is it by applying extension or new visa for them?

2- And one of my kids born in UK and another kid born out of UK, in his case what to do for each of hem?

1. Apply for a PBS dependent extsnsion. If you get ilr, they apply for a 3 year extsnsion.

2. Once you get ilr, you can register the UK born child as British. The child born abroad follows the same path as your spouse, ie extsnsion and then ILR

can i apply for the new visa before the new employer get the CoS number.
i gave my current work one month notice, but still now I didn't get the CoS number and didn't apply for the new visa.
what if I finished the one month notice and still the new visa didn't issued yet?

You need CoS number to fill out the application form

It was suggested above you should resign after receiving the new visa. Why didn't you follow? What if the new employer decided not to hire you anymore? Your current visa will be curtailed after you leave the company and if don't apply for a new one you will need to leave the UK.

Ask the new employer to give you CoS ASAP!

1- I informed the current employer that I am leaving and said given him one month notice while i didn't get the CoS and didn't apply yet for the second visa, what to do in this case?

2- my current employer asks about the details of the second employer (he said he should contact the home office and update him) is that ok, to give him the details of the second employer?

Your current employer does NOT require a new employers details. All your current employer has to do is notify UKVI you have finished working for them within 10 days after your last date of employment.

Hi,
i applied for the new visa for changing the job to a new sponsor, and I got the new visa.
i am now in the notice period for the current employer and one week left.
my current sponsor offer me a very good offer to stay.
in this case if I am thinking to stay, do i need to apply for a new visa to return to my current work or what to do?
and bear in mind that I signed a contract with the new employer.
