Visit Visa for Parent

Hi all,

I am sure this question has been posted many times. I am on tier 2 visa and i would like to invite my parents for visit. I am going to sponsor the trip. Is any one able to advise what documents do i need to apply standard visit visa.

• Application

• Proof of finances- My bank statements

• Accommodation and travel details - My home address

• A letter of invitation

• Copy of my biometric resident permit

• Return home assurance - property papers

Please do let me know if any other documents I need to add.

They need more than just their property papers to prove ties to home country.

What evidence of their financial circumstances are they submitting?

Evidence of income or employment or pension?

What evidence of other family ties to home country are they submitting?

My father is farmer and his income is not so much I am sponsoring the trip so i am providing my bank docs.

He has farming lands if that help .

Except me all my families like brother, sister, and uncle and all live there.
