Tier2 Dependent Visa

Dear All,

Could you please suggest in the below situation:

I got my ILR in November 2022 after completed 5 years on tier 2 general visa , my wife came to UK in July 2018 on tier 2 dependent visa and her visa is going to be expired by April 2022.
My question is :

Which Visa shall I apply for her now? Is it tier 2 dependent extension for another 3 years? I am no more on tier 2 visa.

Thank you for your quick response. I see the below visa type also suits my situation. Please suggest me.


"Family visas: apply, extend or switch" - have settled in the UK - for example, they have indefinite leave to remain, settled status or proof of permanent residence

If they switch visa categories their 5 years ilr clock resets to zero and a new 2 X 2.5 year visa route
