ILR application for wife

Post by RRRmouli » Tue Jan 25, 2022 9:27 pm

Hi,
i am applying my wife ILR visa , when i was main application i was in tire 1 general visa, so i have extended my wife visa till from 2015 to till now(2022), but i have taken uk nationanality.
1)i have red the continuous residency (5yers route as PBS dependence) its bit confusing, my wife absence from Aug 2017 to april 2018 (nearly 8 months), does this acceptable?
2) does bank or utilitity bills should be joint accout or is she can provide her own statement?
3) i am claiming child benift after i got ILR, does this affect my wife's visa? although she is still in dependent visa but now she qualified to apply ILR.

please clarify my doubts
thanks.

1) No issue
2) Bills can be under both names for cohabitation evidence
3) No issue

Hi,
I am filling application for my wife and I have got one doubt about absences .
As I mentioned she was absent continuosly from aug 2017 - april 2018 (8 months) .In the application they are asking : Have You had any absences from the UK during any leave granted since 11 january 2018 . For the 5 year route visa She have been granted 3 leaves .(first one on 2015 ,second one on 2016 and last leave granted on july 2019 ).
1) Should I include the above 8 months (aug 2017 - april 2018) absence .Although her last leave granted after 11 january 2018 ?

Thanks

Hi,
I have got one more doubt about using public funds .It is about 3rd question in this thread ,You have answered no issue but they mentioned including Your partner ...this is where I got confused .My wife is the only applicant here .
In the Application showing as below :

Do you or anyone else who is part of this application receive any public funds?
(Required)
Include details for your partner or child if you have one. Examples of public funds include Income Support, Child Benefit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit, Carer’s Allowance and Disability Living Allowance

As a tier1 dependent ,Shall we answer YES/NO ?

Answer NO. YOU are not part of the application as you already hold ILR.

supporting documents for SET(0) PBS dependent

Post by RRRmouli » Tue Feb 22, 2022 9:08 pm

Hi,
I am applying ILR, qualified through tier 1 general dependent for 5 years route, now my husband took British nationality.
we have just one combined council tax bill and tenant agreement as joint account proof, we living in this address from past 6 months.
can this proof is enough or do we need to provide more proofs?
please clarify below:
maintenance funds required?
do my husband to show his income(Salary proof through employer)?
do my husband to provide his bank statement?
do my self to show my bank statement?
do we need to provide previous address proofs, such as council or bank or other utility?
my last leave to remain granted Aug 2019, now i am applying for ILR, do we need to provide last 2 years address proof?
do i need to upload all passport pages including immigrations stamps and fist and last page?
can myself and my husband sign on consent form electronically or this should be hand written then scanned copy required?

thanks,
RRR

do i need to upload all passport pages including immigrations stamps and fist and last page?
Yes
regarding immigration stamps means not the Visa stamps its travel stamps which stamped on departure and arrival.

if yes, do i need to include old passport stamps which has travel history for first and 2nd leaves, currently i am in 3rd leave to remain.

thanks
