Advice: As the department is under extreme pressure in processing it will be of great assistance to them and those making their applications to ensure that the application and the documents forwarded are in order and correct from the very start.
Take the extra time to triple check the application and the documents required for each and every vouching document.
Have a friend or family member review and check the documents and application before it is sent.
Try to use a variety of documents providing proofs required.
If using the same document as a proof for other sections ensure that you copy it and insert it at that section.
Attach an index mirroring the checklist of the documents required to accompany the application.
It is helpful to insert a pagination sheet for each and every document on the list.
This will assist greatly in making the initial checks of your application more efficient and if you have left anything out it hopefully will be flagged much quicker.
