Once the spouse visa is approved (foreign applications), in how many days must the applicant come to the UK?

Hello everyone,
My wife has applied for her first spouse visa abroad and the 3 months waiting period is coming nearly to the end and. I am trying to buy a flight ticket for her in advance instead of buying it in short notice and we won't be able to find any tickets to the UK. My question is: Once she is told to collect her passport from the VAC and hopefully the passport has her visa, in how many days must she come to the UK to collect her residency card from the post office?

The initial visa in her passport will be valid for 90 days. She can enter the UK at any time during the 90 days validity

There is no need to rush and buy flight ticket ahead when decision is yet to be made. At the moment you get a whole 3months window within which she can make entry into UK. This should be enough to finalise travel plans.
