Hi to everyone) we’re about to apply for FLR(fp) My husband British citizen Im not EU we actually waiting for our daughter first British passport and my tourist visa expiry in June. I sent all supporting documents with my international passport to Passport office and now we waiting for decision. I’m worry if my documents not coming in time till my visa expiry. Can I apply for fee waiver using my passport photo? Apply for visa from my country of residence is currently very difficult for me. Thanks everyone for advice.

Why can you not apply for a spouse visa from your home country?

You cannot switch to other immigration visa categories from a tourist visa within the UK.

Thank you for your answer. I can’t apply for spouse visa from my country because I’m Russian resident and I’m afraid if it’s take too much time for decision. We have daughter together and now applied for first British passport.
