Loss of british cirizenship because of ...parking fine ?

Hi,

Friend (his partner is dual EU/UK citizen) had a chat with his immigration adviser , the adviser told him that according to the new immigration and citizenship law , people like his partner can lose the british nationality for reasons like eg . having a parking ticket!!!

No I am not trolling this forum , I am not sure if that adviser told BS or lost his mind...

Thanks !! I bet was , I still can't believe a pro like him tell such things to his customers!
