Tier 2 dependent visa

Hi

I am working in the UK, using my visa(Tier 2) my son is staying with me.

I am a single mom and my son studying in Year 8. I am a full-time worker, and using my dependent it is possible to bring my parents to take care of my son in the UK.

Could you please advise

No you cannot. You cannot sponsor parents as your PBS Dependents to live in the UK. The rules don't allow this.

They also cannot come here on a visitor visa as childminders because they are not permitted to work, paid or unpaid in any capacity while they have a visitor visa.
