ILR application query

Hi all.

Good evening and I hope all is well.

I am planning to apply for my daughter who is now here for 5 years. I was her sponsor when she came to UK. I entered UK as a tier 2 visa. I have done my ILR and has successfully been granted British citizenship as well.

May I kindly ask what is the best route for my daughter to apply for her ILR? She is 15 years old. I have been to the government website but it’s unclear how I can apply her.

What is the immigration status of the other patent?

What is the exact visa category the child holds?

You were already advised in 2019 that the child will only qualify for ILR when the other parent does. So what is the other parents visa status?

Thank you for your response.

My wife is also applying for her ILR. We was planning to apply both of them at the same time. My wife arrived UK January 2017 and my daughter r April 2017. My wife holds a tier 2 visa as a nurse.

My daughter holds a PBS dependent leave to remain.

Can my daughter apply with her mom for her ILR or do I have to do a different form for my daughter?

She can apply at the same time as your spouse, however she will need to apply on her own form as you are her visa sponsor and not your spouse.

Got stucked on the first bit.

There is a question regarding which visa is my daughter applying for or been granted?

Choices are:

Tier 2 general visa
Skilled worker visa
Etc

It is also asking for a reference number which I don’t have?

What is the full list?? We cannot see the online forms so what is 'Etc'
