How to get refund of Immigration skill charge (COS Cancelled)

Hi, Hope you all are well and doing good,

I have one questions,

Before I received skilled worker visa, I had to use another COS due to errors in previous COS, but I paid Immigration skill charge for the previous COS, and I paid Immigration skill charge again for new one,

It's been more than 3 months but I haven't received refund for the COS I cancelled.

Can anyone help me with this.

Immigration skills charge is paid by the sponsor not the visa applicant.

Do you mean the immigration health surcharge?

Yes, Sponsor has paid the immigration skill charge, But they've informed me that they haven't received the refund, so I have posted the question here to get an advice and inform them

It isn't your responsibility to find out, they should know what to do.
