First adult passport

Post by british92 » Sun Aug 21, 2022 9:48 am

Hi all

Quick question

Wife recently naturalised in UK (born 1992) - she was born abroad.

The online application is asking for her mothers / fathers birth certificate & her birth certificate (as well as her naturalisation certificate & foreign passport).

I accept the latter two, but do we really need to send her mothers birth certificate (not British) and her birth cert?

Grateful for any help.
