We have submitted the application, it is asking for a consent:-
1- I see part 1 needs applicant signing which is fine.
2- Who needs to sign part 2? Do referees need to sign it or just the spouse? Spouse only.
3- Is part3 (3rd party sponsor) required to be signed? No - naturalisation hasn't got sponsor/financial requirements.
4- On a different note, do we need to submit both expired and current passport of applicant? The absences in the last 3 years are covered by the current passport. However since we put the "first arrive in the UK" date as 7 July 2017, it is better to supply previous passport too? Just the current passport is sufficient, as it covers the period. There's no need to prove every detail.
Just confused as don't remember it asking for consent when we applied for ILR.Probably came in after you applied for ILR.
Thanks again for all your help.
