Notes: While it took way longer than expected to become an Irish citizen, I got very lucky with my passport. Compared to other 1st-time passport applications, mine was processed pretty fast.

This is what I did, hope it helps: I applied from Ireland through mygov.ie and followed their instructions by sending original documents and a color photocopy of PSC card. I sent 3 as opposed to 2 proof of address and name letters (revenue, cervical check, and the letter that came with my naturalization certificate). I used transparent folders with sticky notes to categorize my documents in order to make life easier for whoever got to process my application. Good luck!
