Staying away from United Kingdom

Post by Mallu_Desi » Tue Sep 06, 2022 5:02 pm

Hello everyone,

i am a British national by naturalisation and my wife came the UK on spouse visa on Feb 2021. She has to extend her visa on Sep 2023.

We recently had a baby and we are planning to travel to India as most of our family members are yet to see the baby. I have two questions regarding this.

1. How many days she can stay away from United Kingdom? Is there any specific time frame?
2. How is it going to impact the future visa applications such as extension and ILR

Thank you
