The child born in the UK doesn't need to apply for ILR. You can naturalise him/her when your husband gets his ILR.kokazl wrote: ↑Fri Sep 30, 2022 3:01 amMy husband is due to apply for indefinite leave to remain and would like to include our children in the application. He is on a Tier 2 skilled worker visa and i am also on a Tier 2 visa (but not yet eligible for ILR). We have two children, one born in the UK and one outside. My question is can both my children apply at the same time as husband?. The other question is husband has a degree with a UK university, can he use it as proof of English test?
