ILR application: set (O) or set (M)?

Dear Coordinator,
1) I and my two children are currently on a dependent visa (leave to remain) and would be completing 5 years of stay in UK next month. Our current visa was obtained when my partner had a settled status (ILR) via Global Talent Visa (3 years route). My partner is still a non-British citizen.
2) Now for our ILR application, I should fill which form for me and my children: set (O) or set (M)?

Depends. Did you apply for your visa under the family route or the GTV dependant route?

Me and my children had applied for Tier-2 dependent visa 5 years back. Later on, my partner obtained GTV and then settlement. Our current dependent visa was obtained when my partner had ILR.

Important to state what visa exactly you applied for when your husband applied for ilr. Which form did you complete?

This was my last dependent application after my partner was granted ILR: PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner
