How long one can stay once CoS and BRP expires

I hold Tier 2 Inter Company Transfer (ICT) Long Term VISA. My CoS has been expired on 01-OCT-2022 and my BRP expiring on 15-Oct-2022.

How long I can stay after 15-Oct-2022 without a CoS?

You can't. You must leave the UK but the d last date your visa is valid for.

Staying longer means you are an overstayer.

If you are not applying for another visa on or before 15th October, there is no grace period or option to simply stay without a visa.

Is “applying for another visa” means the application should be submitted or the appointment is booked(that do requires fee deposit)?

Applying for another visa you qualify for means submitting a visa application online and paying the visa fee and IHS fee!

You cannot book a biometric appointment until you have submitted and paid for a visa application online.
