British citizenship for a UK born child after ILR

Hi,

My child is born in UK 4 months ago and I have got my ILR last week. Due to some confusion about British citizenship (BC), I have registered the child as an Indian citizen two months ago.

Please suggest, how can I register/neutralize my child as a British citizen and apply for his British passport.
