Financial requirements for ILR of dependent

Post by dalaremal » Thu Aug 11, 2022 1:17 pm

Hello respected members!

I have become British citizen in June 2021 based on 5 year work visa. My wife and two kids (born abroad and are 8 and 6 years old now) came to this country in March 2017 as my dependents while I was on tier2 General. Their dependent visa is still valid till October 2022.

Now,my Mrs is applying ILR along with the two kids.

I am self employed, what are the financial requirements?
And
What documents do I need to prove that I meet the financial requirements?

Please!

Now that I have applied and submitted fee on the 26 September 2022 and their visas are expiring on 14 October 2022. My question is that their biometrics are booked on 20 October 2022, I believe they are not overstaying?
Could anyone confirm this please!

Secondly, in the mandatory list of documents, I have only asked for their previous passports and BRP and nothing else. I just want to double check with you respected members that I m on the right path !

Regards

They are not overstaying - having made an application for leave before their currrent leave expires their rights are protected under section 3C https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... e_v11b.pdf
