Tier 1 Exrension to ILR (SetO) dependent

Hi guys,
I am going to be applying (currently Tier1 Ent Extension) for my ILR set(O) mid November and had a question about my dependent wife who joined me a few months ago to the UK.
Do i add her to the same Set(O) application as my dependent or will she have to extend her stay as my dependent using another form?

No as she is NOT applying for ILR.

Yes, PBS Dependent extension form. It will be a 3 year extension.

Thank you for the prompt response.

When will she need to apply as I am planing to apply 28 days before my 5 years which is mid November 2022.
Her visa is valid up to the same date as mine which is December, 2022 first week.
Also, wont her stay/application be only valid if or when my ILR comes?

You should apply at the same time.

Her application will only be processed after your application is successful

Hi again,
One more query:
My initial Tier 1 visa was from 4th December 2017 to 15th November 2020!
My extension is from 1st December 2020 to 1st December 2022!
There is a few days gap between the two dates so i wanted to ask when is the earliest i can submit my Set(o) form? Do i take into account the 2 weeks gap or does it count as continuous Tier 1 Entrepreneur stay?
From my understanding I should be good to apply 28 days before 04/20/2022.
