First, what's the immigration history of the childdb101 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 14, 2022 12:37 amdoes below link says we can apply for child settle status if following Eligibility met.?
Eligibility
You must be able to prove all of the following:
1) . you’ve had permission to be in the UK as your parent or relative’s dependant
2) . you are or will be living with your parent, parents or relative
3) . you’ll be supported and accommodated adequately without using public funds
4). you’re not married, in a civil partnership or living an independent life
If you live with one parent who became a British citizen after settling in the UK, you must have been their dependant when they got settlement.

Children born outside the UK will follow the immigration path of the less privileged parent and settle when both parents settle.
Such a child can apply for ILR if in the UK or apply for indefinite leave to enter (ILE) from outside the UK or apply for a family visa. The child can then be registered as British via a concession in nationality law by the home office after ILR, given both parents are British
The child can apply for ILR when the parent does, the link states this. Nothing has changed.
