British Naturalisation - Referee Query

Happy new year!
I have started application for British Naturalisation and only thing is bothering me is Referee's. Questions are as follows -

• Is there any requirement that Referee should hold British passport for X number of years? One of my referee hold passport for 22 months(friend working as engineer profession) and another in a British born (works as Office Administrative in GP Surgery)

• About profession of referee as mentioned https://www.gov.uk/countersigning-passp ... ignatories list do I need to provide proof of their work?

• Do I need to provide any P60s or any tax paid documents for myself as I am working professional?

No there is no such requirement.

No.

Not if you are a PAYE employed person.

Note that your professional referee can be of any nationality, they do not have to be British. The British referee must be over 25 and of good character and there is no requirement for them to meet any specific profession to be your referee.
