Happy New Year!!
I have my document submission for Naturalisation in next few days and will need your help to understand what all I need to carry.
The passport issued by **** for Mr ****
This is my current passport
Mr ***** certificate proving you have a speaking and listening qualification in English at B1 CEFR or higher
This is my B1 Certificate which I used whiule applying for my ILR in 2020
Proof of living in the UK for Mr **** for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
This is the one I am confused, please can you let me know what document should I be providing here Passport also covers this. It would be different if your passport doesn't get stamped when you enter the UK. But your flag shows India, so you probably get stamped every time you enter.
Current Biometric Residence Permit for Mr ***
This is my current ILR which was issued to me in 2020
Two referee declarations for Mr ****
I have 2 referee, one is a Teacher and one is a Gas Engineer. Am I right they can be my referee as per their profession as I understand one needs to be from a professional body. Teacher is fine as a professional referee, the other referee just has to be British and above the age of 25.
As the document submission is in next few days any urgent help will be highly appriciated.
Please also let me know if I need to carry any more additional documents.
None of this is requiredI hope this covers all the documents and I dont need any more to add?
Like, Pay Slip, P60, Mortgage Deed, Council Tax, Bank Statement etc?
You have dependents who are not applying at this time but will do at a later date so answer should be YESAbby10 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 13, 2023 11:55 amHi Team,
