ILR what's required

Hi,

My wife is on a spouse visa she came over in 2018 and has had the visa extension, she is on 5 year route, So is the next step now to apply for ILR? Is there any sort of further visa application or do I just go straight to apply for ILR on the UK based .gov website? Also do you know the cost involved? Is there the NHS charge again? Any admin fees etc? And help is appreciated. Thanks.

ILR is the next step.

Current cost is £2389 for a standard application. Priority (£500) and Super Priority (£800) cost extra if the service is available. Plus the UKCVAS appointment fee if there are no free appointments available.

IHS is NOT payable to ILR. It is only applicable to visa applications.

Excellent, thanks for the fast response, also what's the earliest point we can apply for ILR? 28 days before her current visa expires or 28 before she's been in the UK for 5 years or 28 days before her original first visa issue date? (Day and month) Thanks.

She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she entered the UK on a spouse visa (not a fiance visa).

All the same evidence. This is clearly stated in the UKVI guidance and website.

Minimum of 6 months Payslips and corresponding bank statements, employer letter, proof of cohabitation for the last two years, English B1 and LIUK tests, passport and BRP.
